At Nevada Container Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us — but due to the size, nature, and logistics of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All Sales Are Final
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final. We encourage all customers to double-check dimensions, specifications, and delivery access before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your container arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.
To report a damaged item:

- Include photos of the damage
- Reference your order number
Delivery Issues
If an error occurs with delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., inaccessible site, wrong address), additional delivery charges may apply. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
